Ingredients : 


 :65: 1 medium sized green papaya 
 :65: 2 small plum tomatoes 
 :65: 4-5 spoon of lime juice 
 :65: 2 cloves garlic 
 :65: 2-3 chilies 
 :65: 80g of long beans 
 :65: 20g of dried shrimps 
 :65: 40g toasted peanuts 
 :65: 3-4 spoon of sugar 
 :65: 3-4 spoon of salt 
 :65: 3-4 spoon of fish sauce 

Methods and Preparation : 

1 The green papaya was peeled and shred with a zigzag peeler.

2 The papaya was soaked in water to remove the acid and make it crispy.

3 The chilies, garlic, long beans, tomatoes, dried shrimps and peanuts were crushed in a mortar.

4 All the ingredients were mixed together with the pestle and spoon.

5 The Som Tam was served.
